Holdwell Property was founded by Nick Khzouz, Director and Principal Buyer's Agent, who has personally transacted over $30M of property purchases across Australia.
Before property, Nick was first Admitted as a NSW Solicitor and worked in regulatory risk and compliance at Clayton Utz and PwC, then in banking at Macquarie Bank and CBA. Nick is completing QPIA accreditation with PIPA.
Nick started Holdwell for one kind of client: people who earn well, save hard, and still watch the home they want move out of reach. The answer isn't always to invest. When it is, the plan and the purchase have to be right, because a bad investment costs years.

By our clients only. A fixed fee, agreed in writing. No commissions from selling agents, no rebates, no developer stock, no referral kickbacks we don't tell you about in writing.

Holdwell Property (EquityPath Investments Pty Ltd, ABN 78 682 844 793) is an Australia-wide licensed buyer's agency. We carry professional indemnity insurance and comply with the Anti-Money Laundering obligations for real estate that came into effect on 1 July 2026.
Nick works with a dedicated property sourcer who finds and screens properties nationwide. Every recommendation to a client comes from Nick.
